As previous graduate recruiters for British Energy and Halfords, the Team at HRML run professionally delivered workshops for recent graduates and those looking for a new role, perhaps following redundancy.

Workshop 1 - Developing an effective CV (and covering email/letter)

We know first hand what recruiters are looking for and will help you to develop an outstanding CV and a focused covering email/letter, highlighting the competencies you have gained, the skills you have learnt, your achievements and how they will benefit your future employer. Half day workshop at 9.30-12.30, £45 plus VAT per person (maximum of 10 delegates)

Workshop 2 - Cracking interviews and understanding the selection process

As experienced recruiters we will help you to understand the selection techniques used, including telephone and face to face interviews, selection tests and assessment centres. We help you to develop and practice interview skills and position yourself in the market place so that you excel at interview. Half day workshop at 13.30-16.30, £45 plus VAT per person (maximum of 10 delegates)

Our workshops take place at our office in Twigworth, a converted barn with a relaxed atmosphere, with easy access from Gloucester, Cheltenham and the M5 and free on site parking. Available dates

Both workshops are held on the same day to enable participants to attend them together. Currently available dates are: 10 May 2011 and 7 June 2011. For those wishing to attend both workshops on the same day, a complementary sandwich lunch will be provided.
